No-sugar-needed Triple Berry Jam Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c water .
  • 1/2 c Splenda granular .
  • 1 c crushed ripe blueberries (about 1 pint) .
  • 1 c crushed ripe strawberries (about 1 pint) .
  • 1 (1 3/4 oz) box lower sugar pectin or no sugar needed fruit pectin .
  • 1 c crushed ripe raspberries (about 1 pint)

Directions
  • Step #1 BRING boiling-water canner, half full with water, to a simmer.
  • Step #2 Wash jars & screw bands in hot soapy water; rinse with warm water.
  • Step #3 Pour boiling water over flat lids in saucepan off the heat.
  • Step #4 Let stand in hot water until ready to use.
  • Step #5 Drain jars well before filling.
  • Step #6 STEM & crush strawberries; place exactly 1 c of the crushed strawberries in 6 or 8 quart saucepot.
  • Step #7 Repeat with raspberries & blueberries.
  • Step #8 Stir in water.
  • Step #9 Gradually add pectin, stirring until well mixed.
  • Step #10 BRING mixture to full rolling boil (a boil that doesn't stop bubbling when stirred) on high heat, stirring constantly.
  • Step #11 Boil exactly 1 min, stirring constantly.
  • Step #12 Remove from heat.
  • Step #13 Stir in SPLENDA® Granular.
  • Step #14 Skim off any foam with metal spoon.
  • Step #15 LADLE as soon as possible into prepared jars, filling to within 1/8 inch of tops.
  • Step #16 Wipe jar rims & threads.
  • Step #17 Cover up with 2 piece lids.
  • Step #18 Screw bands tightly.
  • Step #19 Place jars on elevated rack in canner.
  • Step #20 Lower rack into canner.
  • Step #21 (Water must cover jars by 1 to 2 inches.
  • Step #22 Add boiling water, if necessary.
  • Step #23 ).
  • Step #24 Cover up; bring water to gentle boil.
  • Step #25 PROCESS 10 mins.
  • Step #26 Remove jars & place upright on towel to cool completely.
  • Step #27 After jars cool, check seals by pressing middle of lid with finger.
