Chive Buttered Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 lbs carrots, sliced diagonally 1/2-inch thick
  • 6 tbsps butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 4 1/2 tsps minced chives

Directions
  • Step #1 Place 1 in.
  • Step #2 of water & carrots in a large saucepan.
  • Step #3 Bring to a boil.
  • Step #4 Reduce heat; cover & let simmer for 4-5 mins or until crisp-tender.
  • Step #5 Drain well.
  • Step #6 In a large skillet, melt butter.
  • Step #7 Add seasoned salt, pepper & carrots; cook & stir for 1-2 mins or until carrots are tender.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with chives.
