Ingredients
  • salt & pepper .
  • 2 tbsps beef bouillon .
  • 1/2 large white onion, sliced .
  • 1 lb ground beef .
  • 3 tbsps tomato paste .
  • 1/2 c water .
  • 1 c nonfat sour cream .
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown beef in large skillet; add onion & garlic powder.
  • Step #2 Aslo add salt & pepper to your liking.
  • Step #3 Cook until onion is golden brown.
  • Step #4 Add beef bouilion & water, stir until bouillon is disolved.
  • Step #5 Add tomato paste & let simmer for 5 to 10 mins on medium heat.
  • Step #6 Stir in sour cream & cook for about 2 mins on low heat, every once in awhile stirring.
  • Step #7 Serve over hot egg noodles.
