Step #1 With mixer mix egg yolks, 1 t.
Step #2 salt.
Step #3 , 2 T.
Step #4 sugar, & 2 T.
Step #5 , vinegar.
Step #6 Very slowly add 1 c oil, a few drops at a time, & mix thoroughly.
Step #7 Add remaining oil, a little faster but be careful to mix each addition before adding more oil.
Step #8 When all oil has been added, add 4 T.
Step #9 Vinegar.
Step #10 Now put remaining ingredients in a saucepan & cook to a smooth paste.
Step #11 Add this hot mixture to the mayonnaise & mix well.
Step #12 Pour in a container & cool in the refrigerator.
Step #13 Makes slightly more than 1 quart.
