Ingredients
  • 1/3 c julienned carrots
  • 2 tbsps butter or margarine
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 c coarsely shredded green cabbage
  • 2 tbsps sliced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsps half-and-half cream
  • Minced fresh parsley
  • 1/3 c sliced celery

Directions
  • Step #1 In a skillet, celery, saute the cabbage, carrot & onion in butter for 12 mins or until crisp-tender.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top with salt & pepper.
  • Step #3 Reduce heat; stir in the cream.
  • Step #4 Cook & stir for 3 mins or until heated through.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top with parsley.
  • Step #6 .
