Artichoke & Black Olive Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • sliced fresh tarragon .
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts .
  • 1 (15 oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained .
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts (sliced & drained) .
  • 1/2 c chicken broth

Directions
  • Step #1 -Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step #2 Place chicken breast in a 9x13 casserole dish & spread olives & artichoke hearts all over & around the chicken breast.
  • Step #3 Then pour chicken breast all over.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top with tarragon.
  • Step #5 Bake for 1hr.
