Diabetic Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder .
  • 1 c whipping cream .
  • 3 tbsps cold water .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 14 tsps artificial sweetener .
  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin

Directions
  • Step #1 In small saucepan, soften gelatin in water.
  • Step #2 Stir over low heat/flame til gelatin dissolves completely.
  • Step #3 In mixing bowl, beat cocoa, vanilla & cream til stiff peaks form.
  • Step #4 Add artificial sweetener & liquid gelatin & beat til well mixed.
  • Step #5 chill thoroughly before serving.
