Garlic And Sapphires Sautéed Brussels Spouts, Try This! Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c unsalted butter .
  • salt .
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, finely sliced (of course add more or less depending on your taste) .
  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, Cleaned, finely shredded julienne (I cut mine into slices & it worked fine) .
  • fresh ground pepper .
  • 1/2 c heavy cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Over medium heat, sauté the garlic in the butter for about a min then add the Brussels Sprouts & saute until wilted, about 7 mins.
  • Step #2 We like to cook this until they get a bit brown which took about 10 mins.
  • Step #3 Add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #4 Add cream & serve.
