Fruity, Fluffy Pistachio Salad (dessert :) Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, light okay .
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained .
1 (3 1/2 oz) box instant pistachio pudding mix .
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained .
1/2 c milk .
1/2 c shredded coconut .
15 oz canned apricots or canned peaches, drained, sliced .
1/2 c halved maraschino cherries .
2 c miniature marshmallows

Directions

Step #1 Beat together pudding, cool whip, & milk until well mixed.
Step #2 Fold in remaining ingredients.
Step #3 Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hr prior to serving.
