Korean Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1 tbsp vinegar .
  • 1/2 c soy sauce .
  • 6-8 slices bacon .
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper .
  • 1 tbsp grated onions .
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed .
  • 3-4 pork tenderloins

Directions
  • Step #1 Wrap bacon around tenderloins; fasten with toothpicks.
  • Step #2 Place meat in a baking dish.
  • Step #3 mix remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
  • Step #4 Let stand in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hrs, turning meat at least once while marinating.
  • Step #5 Roast in a preheated 300F degrees oven 1 1/2 hrs or until meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees; baste every once in awhile, turning meat once.
  • Step #6 Serve pan juices separately to spoon over meat.
