Ingredients
  • cashews .
  • 2 c sugar .
  • elachi powder .
  • saffron .
  • 1 c condensed milk .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 1/2 c rice

Directions
  • Step #1 Fry the milk powder in Ghee (Golden color).
  • Step #2 Keep it aside.
  • Step #3 Cook 1/2 c rice with 1 c water & 1/4 c milk.
  • Step #4 Meanwhile, over reduced flame, boil milk, add condensed milk.
  • Step #5 Soak one spoon of raw-rice & 10-15 cashews in milk for 10 mins.
  • Step #6 Grind it to a coarse paste.
  • Step #7 Add to the boiling milk.
  • Step #8 Add 2 c of sugar, stir till it dissolves.
