Ingredients
  • 1 tsp beef bouillon granules .
  • 1 tbsp honey .
  • 14 oz beef broth .
  • 1 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1/4 c whole wheat flour .
  • 1 tbsp ketchup .
  • 2 tbsps oil

Directions
  • Step #1 place oil & flour into a medium pan.
  • Step #2 heat over very low heat -- stirring until mixture is smooth -- (it will be very thick).
  • Step #3 add broth -- mix well -- add in the remaining ingredients stirring till smooth.
  • Step #4 heat until boiling -- simmer slowly.
  • Step #5 stirring for 1 min -- cool to about room temp before serving.
