Step #3 Add the basil, roasted capsicum, lukewarm water & oil.
Step #4 Mix well & then knead to form a softish dough, adding a little more water if needed.
Step #5 Then knead the dough on a lightly floured workbench.
Step #6 Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap & set aside in a warm spot to rise for about 2½ hrs or until it has doubled in size.
Step #7 Turn the dough out onto a floured workbench & divide it in half.
Step #8 Form the into loaves & place them on a lightly oiled oven tray.
Step #9 Brush them with water & set them aside for about another hr, or until they have increased in size by about 50%.
Step #10 Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step #11 Then brush the loaves with water, sprinkle with a little flour & cook in the oven for about 45 mins (until they sound hollow when you tap the bottom of the loaf).
