Roasted Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 slices Italian bread, toasted .
  • 10 medium asparagus spears, well mashed & course ends snapped off .
  • 1/2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese .
  • 1/8 tsp salt (optional) .
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 400F.
  • Step #2 Dry asparagus on paper towels.
  • Step #3 Place spears in a shallow roaster.
  • Step #4 Drizzle spears with oil & turn to coat.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top with salt if desired.
  • Step #6 Roast 10 mins til spears are tender.
  • Step #7 Remove to a plate & sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Step #8 Serve on toasted Italian bread slices.
