Tomato-garlic Prawns Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsps honey .
2 tbsps tomato paste .
1 tsp minced garlic or garlic paste .
1 tsp salt .
3 tbsps oil, your preference (to saute prawns) .
750 g prawns, shelled & deveined, tails on .
Sauce .
1 tsp chili powder .
water .
2 tsps flour (for thickening) .
1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Step #1 Heat oil in skillet until very hot but not smoking.
Step #2 Meanwhile, mix ingredients for sauce.
Step #3 Saute prawns in hot oil until they turn white/pink but are not completely cooked (approximately 3 mins).
Step #4 Turn heat down, add sauce, cover & let simmer for 2 more mins.
Step #5 Mix flour with a small amount of water, add to sauce & cook this until sauce has thickened (approximately 1 min).
Step #6 Serve with sides of your choice.
