Whisky Trout Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c flour, for dusting .
  • 600 ml cream .
  • sliced almonds .
  • 4 rainbow trout .
  • 2 tbsps butter or margarine .
  • 1-2 tbsp whiskey

Directions
  • Step #1 dust trout with flour, shake off excess.
  • Step #2 Melt butter in pan, fry trout til brown & cooked through.
  • Step #3 While trout is cooking heat cream in saucepan, add whisky & boil until reduced.
  • Step #4 Tranfer trout to a plate, pour whisky cream over trout, & top this with almonds.
