Crab Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp cider or white wine vinegar
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c sliced green pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 (6 oz) can crabmeat - drained, flaked & cartilage removed

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut a thin lice off tops of tomatoes & carefully scoop out insides; invert on paper towels to drain.
  • Step #2 In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Step #3 Stuff tomatoes; place this in an ungreased 13-in.
  • Step #4 x 9-in x 2-in.
  • Step #5 baking dish.
  • Step #6 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 8-10 mins or until heated through.
  • Step #7 Serve warm.
