Coney Island Chili Sauce For Hot Dogs Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce .
1/4 c onions, sliced .
1/2-3/4 tsp chili powder (depending on your taste) .
1/2 lb ground beef .
1 garlic clove, minced .
1/4 c water

Directions

Step #1 Combine first three ingredients (beef-garlic) In a large-ish skillet over medium high heat, stirring until beef in crumbled & brown.
Step #2 Pour off any excess fat.
Step #3 Stir in remaining ingredients (tomato sauce - chili powder) & simmer for 10 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
