Step #1 Mix in large bowl & set aside the two c of flour & two c of sugar.
Step #2 In saucepan, four tbsps of cocoa, bring 1 stick of margarine, & 1 c of water to a boil.
Step #3 Pour boiled mixture over dry ingredients & mix well.
Step #4 Add 1/2 c buttermilk (this is what moistens the cake!), 2 eggs,1 tsps baking soda, 1 tsp vanilla, & 2 tsps cinnamon.
Step #5 Mix well.
Step #6 After mixed, pour this into 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 baking pan.
Step #7 Bake 25 mins @ 400F degrees.
Step #8 As cake comes from oven, pour icing mixture over the top - DO THIS WHILE THE CAKE IS HOT HOT HOT!
Make The Icing!
Boil 4 tbsps cocoa, 1 stick (1 c)margarine, & 6 tbsps of milk together for 1 min.
Step #9 Add to powdered sugar & vanilla.
Step #10 Blend/stir until the lumps are gone, & pour over HOT cake.
