Banana Coconut Fitness Booster Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1-2 tbsp honey (e.g. clover honey) .
  • coconut, dried & roasted grated for topping .
  • 1/2 c orange juice .
  • 1 large lemon, juice of .
  • 1 1/2 c milk .
  • 1/2 c coconut milk .
  • 2-3 bananas, peeled & sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the first six ingredients in a mixer.
  • Step #2 If you like it more sweet use 2 tbsps of honey.
  • Step #3 Blend thoroughly.
  • Step #4 Pour into glass & sprinkle with grated coocnut.
  • Step #5 NOTE: You should use a mild honey.
  • Step #6 You can replace honey by maple syrup.
  • Step #7 Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
  • Step #8 NOTE: If you like the booster cold put it into the fridge for about 1 hr.
  • Step #9 Serving tip: spread a very little amount of honey on the edge of the glas & dip it into grated coconut.
