Ingredients
  • 1 pinch salt .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1 1/2 c flour .
  • 1 c raisins .
  • 1 c butter .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1 1/2 c oatmeal .
  • 2 tbsps flour .
  • 1 c water .
  • 1 1/2 c brown sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 5 ingredients & boil until thick.
  • Step #2 Cream butter & brown sugar & add in the remaining ingredients.
  • Step #3 Put 1/2 of creamed mixture in 8-in.
  • Step #4 square pan, cover with raisin filling & top this with remaining creamed mixture.
  • Step #5 Bake at 325F for for 30 mins.
  • Step #6 Cut when cool.
