Honey Peach-sicles Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (1 1/2 oz) packet freezer jam pectin .
  • 1 c liquid honey .
  • 4 c peach puree, about 6 c sliced peeled peaches

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine peach puree & honey, stirring until well mixed.
  • Step #2 Gradually whisk in freezer jam pectin, stirring 3 mins to thoroughly dissolve pectin.
  • Step #3 Pour mixture into small disposable c or popsicle moulds.
  • Step #4 Let stand until thickened, 15 to 30 mins.
  • Step #5 Place a plastic spoon or popsicle stick in each mould.
  • Step #6 Freeze until firm.
  • Step #7 Note: Frozen fruit-sicles prepared with freezer jam pectin are made with fruit puree, however, freezer jams must be prepared with crushed fruit (mashed with a potato masher) not pureed.
