Italian Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
  • pepper .
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning .
  • 1/2 c dry breadcrumbs .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1/4 c ground parmesan cheese .
  • 1 1/3 lbs lean ground beef .
  • 1/4 c milk .
  • 1 1/2 tsps dried onion flakes .
  • 1 egg, beaten .
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 In large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
  • Step #2 Add rest of ingredients & lightly mix, but mix well, with hands.
  • Step #3 Form into 20 meatballs.
  • Step #4 Place them on lightly oiled cookie sheet.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top tops lightly with coarse ground pepper.
  • Step #6 Bake in 400º over for 20-25 mins.
  • Step #7 *Mine always take 22 mins in my oven.
  • Step #8 If they are still just a little pink inside, it's ok if they are to simmer in a sauce, otherwise bake til done.
  • Step #9 Simmer in spaghetti sauce on low for 5-10 mins.
  • Step #10 *You can omit the parmesan & use parsley instead if italian seasoning, & use these meatballs for other recipes.
