Apple-pecan Tenderloin Medallions Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb pork tenderloins, trimmed & cut into 1/2-inch thick slices .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1/2 c sliced pecans .
  • 1/4 c packed brown sugar .
  • 1 (16 oz) can sliced apples, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter In a large-ish skillet over medium-high heat until it sizzles.
  • Step #2 Reduce heat to medium & arrange pork slices in skillet.
  • Step #3 Cook 5 mins; turn slices.
  • Step #4 Spoon apples over pork.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top with brown sugar & pecans.
  • Step #6 Cover up & cook for 4-6 mins until pork is done.
