Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c butter, softened
  • 1 c sliced nuts (optional)
  • 3/4 c light brown sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c superfine sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 c all-purpose flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, & vanilla until smooth & creamy; then add eggs, confectioners' sugar, brown sugar, beat together the butter, & beat well.
  • Step #3 In a large bowl, cinnamon, baking soda, mix together flour, salt, & pudding mix.
  • Step #4 Gradually mix the dry into the creamy mixture until well mixed.
  • Step #5 Stir in chocolate chips & nuts, if using.
  • Step #6 Drop by tspfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Step #7 Bake in a preheated oven for 8 to 10 mins, until golden brown.
  • Step #8 Remove from oven; allow cookies to cool momentarily on baking sheets before removing them to wire racks to cool completely.
