Chicken, Shrimp And Sausage Jambalaya Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 green pepper (sliced) .
  • 1 lb smoked sausage .
  • 2 (15 oz) cans stewed tomatoes (sliced) .
  • 2 c water .
  • 3 stalks celery (sliced) .
  • 1 lb shrimp (raw, peeled) .
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts .
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce .
  • 1 onion (sliced) .
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced) .
  • 1 c rice (uncooked)

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large deep skillet with a lid,garlic, saute onions,celery & green peppers in olive oil.
  • Step #2 Remove from skillet & set aside.
  • Step #3 Brown chicken in skillet & cut into bite sized pieces.
  • Step #4 Add sliced sausage,Tabasco sauce,cajun seasoning,sauteed vegetables,tomatoes,water & rice.
  • Step #5 Put lid on skillet & let simmer on medium heat for 30 mins.
  • Step #6 Add shrimp & cook for 5 more mins.
