Easy Raspberry Cheese Danish
Ingredients
3 tbsps butter or margarine, softened (do not use margarine spread) .
1/2 c powdered sugar .
1 put in the fridged pie crust, softened as directed on box (from 15-oz box) .
1/3 c packed brown sugar .
water .
2/3 c sliced pecans .
3 tbsps sliced pecans, for top .
2-3 tsps milk .
1/4 tsp vanilla
Directions
Step #1 Heat oven to 375°F Remove pie crust from pouch & place flat on ungreased dark baking sheet.
Step #2 In a medium mixing bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar & butter.
Step #3 Spread over half of pie crust to within 3/4" of the edge.
Step #4 Brush rim with water & fold pie crust over filling.
Step #5 Move kringle to center of baking sheet.
Step #6 Seal with fork & prick the top.
Step #7 Bake 17 to 22 mins or until golden brown.
Step #8 Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix powdered sugar, vanilla & enough milk until smooth.
Step #9 Drizzle over warm kringle & sprinkle with some pecans.
Step #10 Cool completely & cut into wedges.
