Step #4 Transfer onions to baking sheet or baking dish with tomatoes & season this with salt, pepper.
Step #5 Roast 8 mins, then add vinegar & brown sugar, roast further 3 mins.
Step #6 Meanwhile cook lasagne sheets in boiling salted water until soft.
Step #7 Drain well.
Step #8 LAy sheet of lasagne on serving plate.
Step #9 Pile vegetables on top.
Step #10 Cover up loosely with second sheet of lasagne, & serve as soon as possible sprinkled with sliced fresh herbs of choice (dill, basil, parsley, chives - whatever!).
