Ingredients
  • 1 c soy milk, plain .
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup .
  • 4 bananas, cut in 1-inch chunks & frozen .
  • mint extract, to taste .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 3 tbsps cocoa powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Take out the bananas to defrost for a few mins (as long as you can wait).
  • Step #2 Place all other ingredients in mixer first, then add bananas.
  • Step #3 Blend like crazy -- you may want to use "ice crush" setting if you have one.
