Deluxe Iced Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

brown sugar .
1 cinnamon stick .
1 c cream .
4 scoops vanilla ice cream .
1 c milk .
2 c brewed black coffee .
powdered chocolate milk mix, to sprinkle

Directions

Step #1 Pour hot coffee over the cinnamon & stir in the brown sugar to taste.
Step #2 Set aside to cool.
Step #3 Remove cinnamon stick, stir in the milk & cream & chill until very cold.
Step #4 (Prepare to this stage well in advance).
Step #5 When ready to serve pour mixture into mixer & add ice-cream & mix until frothy.
Step #6 Serve in tall glasses sprinkled with a little chocolate.
