- semi-sweet chocolate chips .
- 1 ripe banana, cut in half lengthwise .
- 2 tbsps peanut butter
Directions
- Step #1 Lay Banana in a piece of tinfoil wrap.
- Step #2 Spread peanut butter in between the two halfs of the banana.
- Step #3 Spread Cinnamon Sugar over top the peanut butter.
- Step #4 Place Choclate chips over the Peanut butter & cinnamon to your liking, more for chocolate lovers.
- Step #5 Close the Banana & add extra cinnamon if you like.
- Step #6 Wrap up the Banana well & bury in hot coals for 3-5 mins or untill the chocolate is melted.
