  • 1 spring onion, sliced fine .
  • 12 olives, sliced fine .
  • 1/2 tsp yellow mustard .
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish .
  • 1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise .
  • 1 c low fat cottage cheese .
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar .
  • salt & pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients & mix evenly with a fork.
