Step #1 break apart garlic bulb into little cloves
place this in baking pan & roll in oil.
Step #2 bake uncoverd @ 400F untill cloves are soft about 25mins.
Step #3 let cool
squeeze cloves out of shell onto cutting board & mash with fork while sprinkling with salt & pepper
mix garlic pulp with sour cream mustard & as much salt an pepper as you like for taste.
