Ingredients
1 tsp green onions, minced .
12 tbsps butter, unsalted, softened .
1 tbsp dry vermouth .
1/2 tsp salt .
1 tbsp heavy cream .
24 mushroom caps .
1 tsp parsley, minced .
24 snails, rinsed & drained .
2 garlic cloves, minced .
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Step #1 Pre-heat the broiler.
Step #2 Cream the softened butter with all the rest of the ingredients, except the mushrooms & snails.
Step #3 Remove the stems from the mushrooms caps (reserve for other use).
Step #4 Stuff each mushroom cap with a snail.
Step #5 Cover up each snail with a spoonful of the butter mixture.
Step #6 Broil stuffed mushrooms for six to eight mins.
