Breakfast Sushi Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp salsa .
  • 1 sheet nori .
  • 1/4 c eggs, scrambled .
  • 1/4 c sausage .
  • 1/4 c home fries, cooked, shredded

Directions
  • Step #1 Lay seaweed sheet on a flat surface with the long side closest to you.
  • Step #2 Gently spread a light layer of salsa over entire sheet.
  • Step #3 At one inch from the edge of the sheet, add ingredients in layers.
  • Step #4 It should make a line parallel to the long side of the seaweed.
  • Step #5 Starting from the edge closest to the you, carefully fold seaweed sheet over filling, lightly pressing to form a roll.
  • Step #6 Continue rolling.
  • Step #7 Slice roll in one inch pieces.
  • Step #8 Each roll should make from 6 to 8 finished rolls.
  • Step #9 Tip: Place some plastic wrap down on your work surface before you lay the nori down.
