Pork Boursin Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps water .
  • 4 oz boursin cheese .
  • egg wash .
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube .
  • boursin cheese sauce .
  • 1/2 c melted butter .
  • 2 c heavy cream .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1 tsp dried basil .
  • 1 pork tenderloin .
  • 1 c breadcrumbs .
  • breading mixture .
  • 1 tbsp grated romano cheese .
  • 1 tsp dried oregano .
  • 2 tbsps light roux .
  • 1/2 c flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Lightly brush the tenderloin with melted butter & dredge in flour.
  • Step #2 Thoroughly mix the remaining dry ingredients together.
  • Step #3 Dip the tenderloin in the egg wash & then roll in the breading mixture.
  • Step #4 Bake in a 400F degree oven for 5 mins per inch of thickness for a medium rare.
  • Step #5 Top with boursin cheese sauce.
  • Step #6 CHEESE SAUCE.
  • Step #7 Bring the heavy cream & bouillon to a boil, add roux to thicken & remove this from heat.
  • Step #8 Stir in the boursin cheese.
  • Step #9 Slice the tenderloin at an angle & fan on the plate, then ladle on a stream of sauce.
