Step #1 Cut the cake into 1/4" slices & arrange half in the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
Step #2 In a large bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, water, vanilla extract, & pudding.
Step #3 Beat well; chill 5 mins.
Step #4 Fold in the whipped topping & spread half the mixture over the cake.
Step #5 Arrange half the peach slices on top of the fluff.
Step #6 Repeat layers beginning with cake & ending with peaches.
Step #7 Chill 4 hrs, covered, or until it is set.
Step #8 Refrigerate any leftovers & keep covered.
Step #9 This is better if it sits overnight to let the cake get soft.
