La Senora Sylvias Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c finely minced onions .
2 seeded roma tomatoes .
2 seeded fresh jalapenos .
3 Hass avocadoes .
4 tbsps sliced cilantro .
1 fresh lime, juice of .
3 hard-boiled eggs, chilled in ice water til ready to peel (makes them easier to peel) .
1 pressed garlic clove .
salt & pepper

Directions

Step #1 cut avocados in half twist to open.
Step #2 remove the pit scoop out the flesh of the avocados in to a large bowl.
Step #3 smash avocados using a fork.
Step #4 as soon as possible pour freshly squeezed lime juice on avocados & stir this to coat.
Step #5 add minced onions & pressed garlic & seeded jalapenos stir this to mix.
Step #6 add seeded tomatoes sliced cilantro & broken up boiled eggs stir carefully to mix.
Step #7 add salt & pepper to taste.
Step #8 put in the fridge with plastic wrap DIRECTLY on the guacamole til ready to serve.
Step #9 serve this with tortilla chips.
Step #10 or use on top of tacos or tostadas.
