Ingredients
paprika or chili powder .
butter .
4 tilapia fish fillets (or Cod fillets) .
limes or lemons .
black pepper (Grounded, any preference)
Directions
Step #1 Coat Tilapia Fillets in slight oil & grill till softly cooked.
Step #2 (5 mins average).
Step #3 Whilst Fish is cooking, heat some butter in a pan (enough to coat number of fillets throughly).
Step #4 Add Chilli powder (as desired to taste) to the butter.
Step #5 Continue to stir well.
Step #6 Add black Pepper (as desired in quantity) & continue to stir.
Step #7 Add Lime/Lemon to the sauce.
Step #8 Remove from heat, place fish in a flat holding dish & pour the sauce over the fish.
Step #9 Waah-La.
