Tilapia Kali Kali Recipe

Ingredients
  • paprika or chili powder .
  • butter .
  • 4 tilapia fish fillets (or Cod fillets) .
  • limes or lemons .
  • black pepper (Grounded, any preference)

Directions
  • Step #1 Coat Tilapia Fillets in slight oil & grill till softly cooked.
  • Step #2 (5 mins average).
  • Step #3 Whilst Fish is cooking, heat some butter in a pan (enough to coat number of fillets throughly).
  • Step #4 Add Chilli powder (as desired to taste) to the butter.
  • Step #5 Continue to stir well.
  • Step #6 Add black Pepper (as desired in quantity) & continue to stir.
  • Step #7 Add Lime/Lemon to the sauce.
  • Step #8 Remove from heat, place fish in a flat holding dish & pour the sauce over the fish.
  • Step #9 Waah-La.
