Ingredients
  • 1 (20 oz) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple, drained .
  • 1 (16 oz) container fat-free cottage cheese .
  • 1 (1/3 oz) box jell-o sugar-free strawberry gelatin (4 serving size) .
  • 4 oz Cool Whip Lite

Directions
  • Step #1 In food processor/blender, mix cottage cheese til smooth.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top dry Jello over top & mix with Cool Whip & pineapple.
  • Step #3 Refrigerate several hrs for Jello to dissolve.
