Panfried Chicken & Ham In Cheese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts .
  • 4 slices cooked ham (i prefer black forest) .
  • 4 slices gruyere or swiss cheese .
  • 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon cubes .
  • sliced fresh parsley .
  • 2 tbsps cooking oil .
  • 1 c white wine .
  • salt .
  • pepper .
  • 1 (8 oz) bar cream cheese, softened

Directions
  • Step #1 -Preheat oven to 375.
  • Step #2 -Spice up chicken breast with salt & pepper.
  • Step #3 Then panfry in cooking oil for about 8min.
  • Step #4 or until fully cooked & no longer pink in the center.
  • Step #5 -Remove chicken from pan & cover to keep warm.
  • Step #6 Add the wine to the pan & pick up all dripping from bottom of pan with spatula.
  • Step #7 Then add chicken boulion & bring to a boil.
  • Step #8 -Lightly grease casserole dish.
  • Step #9 Place chicken in dish & cover each piece of chicken with ham & cheese slice.
  • Step #10 -Cut the softened cream cheese into small pieces & then add to the boiling wine mixture.
  • Step #11 Mix well until cheesse is melted & smooth.
  • Step #12 -Pour sauce over chicken.
  • Step #13 -Bake in the oven for about 13min.
