Parmesan Ice-cream Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites .
  • 400F ml heavy cream .
  • 250 g finely grated parmesan cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine 150g parmesan & 200ml cream & set aside in warm place until parmesan is almost melted.
  • Step #2 Whisk eggwhites to soft peaks, add in the remaining cream & whisk till stiff.
  • Step #3 Stir in remaining parmesan into warmed parmesan mixture & then fold carefully into eggwhiote/cream mixture.
  • Step #4 Pour mixture into airtight container & freeze.
