Step #1 This recipe is a lot quicker if you precook your Bacon & Sausage the night before & store them in your refridgerator as I do -- the prep time will be based on this.
Step #2 Preheat your oven to 400.
Step #3 For the Pizza Dough, if you can find it frozen, uncooked, & preshaped.
Step #4 it's a huge time saver.
Step #5 If not, just prepare it as you would normally on a large pizza pan (I make the crust about 1/4 thick).
Step #6 Excluding the 1 1/2 of the outter crust, make little indentations with your fingertips in the dough.
Step #7 This helps the egg settle & cook more evenly.
Step #8 Beat the eggs with the milk, & pour over the center of the crust.
Step #9 Use your fingers, or a pastry brush to evenly dispurse the egg.
Step #10 Evenly cover the egg with the strips of Ham.
Step #11 Scatter the sausages, & if you want to have them, add the onion.
Step #12 Salt & Pepper it lightly.
Step #13 Add a blanket of the Mozzarella Cheese, then the Cheddar.
Step #14 Sprinkle top the crumbled bacon.
Step #15 Put this wonderful pie in the oven on the center rack & check it after 15 mins.
Step #16 It's hard for me to give an approximate cooking time as I used a ride through oven for 7 mins at 475 degrees at my work.
Step #17 If it looks done, then it is.
Step #18 The egg layer is thin enough to cook in 10 mins or so, so it's really just about the crust & how you like it.
Step #19 Once you've deemed it to be done, take it out of your oven & garnish it with some sliced chives.
Step #20 Slice, & Enjoy! It's great on the go, & is wonderful hot or cold.
