Ingredients
  • 1/4 c reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp butter or stick margarine
  • 1 c frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 dash white pepper
  • 1 celery rib with leaves, sliced
  • 2 tbsps fat-free milk

Directions
  • Step #1 In a nonstick skillet, saute celery in butter for 6-8 mins or until tender.
  • Step #2 Stir in peas; cook 3-4 mins longer, stirring often.
  • Step #3 Add sour cream, milk, parsley & pepper; reduce heat.
  • Step #4 cook & stir until heated through & mixed.
