- 1 c thick applesauce .
- 1 c raisins .
- 1 tsp cinnamon .
- 1 egg, lightly beaten .
- 1/2 c shortening
Directions
- Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step #2 Grease & flour a 13x9x2-inch cake pan.
- Step #3 Combine all ingredients, adding the nuts last & stir until well mixed.
- Step #4 Pour into prepared cake pan.
- Step #5 Bake 45-50 mins.
