• 2 (750 ml) bottles champagne .
• 1/3 c fresh lemon juice .
• 1 1/2 c sugar .
• 1 1/2 tbsps grated lemon rind .
• 3 c water

• Step #3 Freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.
