Ingredients
  • 2 (750 ml) bottles champagne .
  • 1/3 c fresh lemon juice .
  • 1 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps grated lemon rind .
  • 3 c water

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix together all the ingredients until well mixd.
  • Step #2 Transfer mixture to the freezer can of a 1-gallon electic ice cream freezer.
  • Step #3 Freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.
  • Step #4 Ripen for 1 hr.
