Healthy No Bake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/8 c wheat germ (heaping) .
  • 3 tbsps skim milk .
  • 1 1/2 tsps ground flax seeds (optional) .
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder .
  • 1 c quick oatmeal .
  • 1/3 c sugar .
  • 1/3 c crunchy peanut butter .
  • 1 1/2 tsps vanilla

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat milk, sugar & cocoa powder over high heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
  • Step #2 Take off heat & stir in the vanilla & peanut butter; stir until peanut butter has melted completely.
  • Step #3 Stir in wheat germ & oatmeal.
  • Step #4 Drop by large spoonfuls onto wax paper or eat as soon as possible.
