Crumb Coated Potato Halves Crumb-coated Cod Buttermilk Crumb-coated Chicken Crumb Coated Fish Crumb Coated Apples Pan Fried Potato Patties Meat-and-potato Patties Fat Rascals Potato Patties Crispy Potato Patties Potato Patties Crumb Topped Pumpkin Cream Cheese M Potato Patties Potato Patties Lemon Crumb Muffins Potato-corn Patties- 2 tbsps minced onions .
- 1 dash pepper .
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt .
- 1/3 c plain breadcrumbs .
- 3-4 tbsps margarine or bacon drippings .
- 1 1/2 c cold seasoned mashed potatoes .
- 2 tbsps all-purpose flour .
- 1 large egg .
- 1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Step #1 In a medium bowl lightly beat egg.
- Step #2 Add mashed potatoes cheese flour onion garlic salt & pepper stirring until well mixed.
- Step #3 Place crumbs on a piece of waxed paper.
- Step #4 With floured hands shape one fourth of the potato mixture into a 4 inch patties.
- Step #5 Coat both sides of the patties with crumbs.
- Step #6 In a large skillet over med-heat/flame cook patties until crust & browned on each side.
