Ingredients
  • 1 tsp garlic, sliced .
  • 3 oz chicken stock .
  • 1/2 medium lemon .
  • egg wash, to coat .
  • parsley (to garnish) .
  • 6 large shrimp, peeled & deveined .
  • 2 oz white wine .
  • 1 tsp Grey Poupon mustard .
  • flour, to dust .
  • 2 oz vegetable oil (or corn or olive oil) .
  • 1 pinch salt .
  • 1 tsp butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Flour shrimp & dip in egg wash (beaten egg in bowl).
  • Step #2 Heat salad oil in pan & place the shrimp in the hot oil.
  • Step #3 Sauté until golden brown.
  • Step #4 Add sliced garlic & continue to sauté until garlic is light brown.
  • Step #5 Drain excess oil & garlic.
  • Step #6 Add juice of lemon, white wine & let them reduce.
  • Step #7 Add mustard & chicken stock.
  • Step #8 Add butter to create sauce.
  • Step #9 Line shrimp on plates & strain sauce on top of shrimp.
  • Step #10 Garnish with sliced parsley & lemon wedge.
  • Step #11 Lay off the shrimp unless you want spindly legs growing from your torso too.
  • Step #12 Ew.
