Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps brown sugar .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1/4 c ketchup .
  • 1/4 c minced onions .
  • 1 c oats .
  • 1/2 tsp sage .
  • 1 tsp mustard .
  • meat loaf sauce .
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix beef, milk, egg, oats, onion & sage together throughly.
  • Step #2 Pack mixture into 5x9 loaf pan.
  • Step #3 Make a groove lengthwise across the top of the loaf & pour the sauce into the groove.
  • Step #4 Bake at 350F for 40 mins.
  • Step #5 Let rest for at least 5 mins before slicing.
